Wander through Charles White at the Blanton! Last fall, the Art Galleries at Black Studies and Blanton Museum of Art hosted duel exhibitions devoted to the modern American artist Charles White. Known for his dignified portraits of Black subjects, White is remembered today as a caring educator and advocate for Black representation and equality.
